At BestArts4U, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every purchase is a positive experience. However, due to the nature of our print on demand products and the absence of a physical warehouse, we cannot accept returns for products that do not have manufacturing defects or faults.

However, we understand that under certain circumstances, products may arrive damaged or with defects. If this occurs, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected], providing details of the issue encountered and including images of the damaged product if possible.

Our customer support team will be ready to assist you in resolving any problems you may encounter with your order. We will do our best to offer a suitable solution, which may include replacing the product at no additional cost, depending on the situation.

Photo Requirements:

Please be sure to include the following photos when submitting a reprint or refund request for wall art products.

  • A photo of the entire product with your artwork design visible.
  • A photo of the backside of the product.
  • A photo of the damaged area with the design in view.
  • A photo of the shipping label (optional).

Please note that, due to the on-demand nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except if there is an error on our part in production or if the product is irreparably damaged, in this case we’ll offer the substitution of the product.
